Delivery Terms

Delivery Schedule

• We deliver Monday to Sunday, including public holiday

• Order before 3pm for Next Day Delivery

• Delivery timeslots are 10am - 2pm and 2pm - 6pm

• Delivery timeslots will be subjected to changes during festive periods such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. 

Delivery Fee

• Standard Delivery is free. 

• Festive surcharge may apply during festive periods such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

• In the event that the recipient is not on-site to receive the product and cannot be contacted via mobile, our customer service will inform the buyer. The buyer may choose to leave the item at the door, or pay an additional $10 for re-delivery or opt for self-collection.

Self Collection

• Self-collection orders can be collected at 5 Joan Road Singapore 298898 (we are located within Ji Mei Flower). If you would like to change your collection date, please email us at jmfloralcreation@jm.com.sg or whatsapp us at +65 9005 5925 and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
